报告摘要:

随着 5G 技术的推广应用,无线通讯对射频滤波器的中心频率、带宽、温漂系数及功率承载能力都提出了更高的要求。以手机为例,中心频率被推至3.6 GHz以上,带宽则要求200 MHz以上。高频率、大带宽、低损耗、小温漂系数、大功率容量以及高度集成的射频滤波器研发技术直接影响了5G乃至6G通讯技术的发展,需要从高性能射频声波材料以及元器件设计方面重点突破。本报告聚焦新型薄膜体声波谐振器和滤波器技术,介绍一种集材料-结构-制程于一体的协同设计方法,并基于此方法开展器件结构优化、振动模态频散表征、射频系统异质集成等压电声学前沿研究。
As the widespread application of 5G technology advances, wireless communication imposes higher requirements on the center frequency, bandwidth, temperature coefficient, and power handling capacity of radio frequency (RF) filters. Taking smartphones as an example, the center frequency is pushed beyond 3.6 GHz, and a bandwidth of over 200 MHz is demanded. The development of high-frequency, wide-bandwidth, low-loss, low-temperature-coefficient, high-power-capacity, and highly integrated RF filters directly influences the progress of 5G and even 6G communication technologies. Breakthroughs are needed, particularly in the research and development of high-performance RF acoustic materials and component design. This talk focuses on novel thin-film bulk acoustic wave resonator and filter technologies, introducing a synergistic design approach that integrates material, structure, and process. Advanced piezoelectric acoustic research is conducted based on this method, including device structure optimization, characterization of vibration mode dispersion, and RF system heterogeneous integration.
报告人简介:
刘炎,武汉大学博士后,湖北江城实验室“学术研究员”,分别于2014年、2018年和2021年在沈阳理工大学、浙江理工大学和武汉大学获得工学学士、硕士和博士学位。主要科研方向是MEMS智能传感器和射频芯片,迄今已在权威SCI期刊和国际会议发表学术论文58篇,其中第一/通讯作者17篇,申请国家发明专利80余项,国际专利4项,共授权34项,转化31项,曾获首届全国博士后揭榜领题赛铜奖。
Liu Yan is currently a postdoctoral researcher at Wuhan University and an "academic researcher" at Hubei Yangtze Memory Laboratories. He obtained his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in engineering in 2014, 2018, and 2021 respectively, from Shenyang Ligong University, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, and Wuhan University. His primary research focus lies in MEMS intelligent sensors and RF chips. To date, he has published 58 academic papers in authoritative SCI journals and international conferences, with 17 papers as the first/corresponding author. Liu Yan has applied for over 80 Chinese invention patents and 4 international patents, with 34 patents granted and 31 successfully transformed. He was awarded the Bronze Prize in the 1st China Postdoctoral Revealing and Pioneering Competition.
